Plane blocked in at airport

Did anyone else think it odd to block the xl plane in with a landrover at Manchester airport in the same way a car would be blocked in.It seems the airport was owed money and someone must have given orders to park a vehicle in its path. Possible to stop it being driven down the M6,

Was on sky news .
Airport landrover parked at rear of plane.Pretty dulll really , not a great piccy.
And apparently its common practice .

Cant agree dull, more Pythonesque. Imagine the Monty Python sketch you could have with this situation,honking of plane horn,someone sent to reposess plane with only a motor bike licence,the possibilities are endless.
