Packed my job in

Well ive done it.
I have been working for a large concern for 3 months after returning from Spain, as catering manager.
In that time I have been threatened, by a member of my staff, put up with all sorts of unkind remarks because I was to alter certain practices as told by my bosses.
I have worked my socks off to get the job done, all the while with more and more added work to my day.
What is happening here , there is no code of decency anymore?
The last guy who had my job left because of the stress, and after a short time I understand why, pity the bosses dont.
I just needed to get that off my chest.

Well done cab, I ahve always thought that the right way to be, no point in being worried about work, life is far too short, plenty of work if you want it, I packed my last job in 5 months ago, earning less than half what I was earning but am really happy. enjoy your life. good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Good on u cab, i used to work for companies that got a away with murder, draining the hardworking employees like blood from life, and it still goes on and on, even when the goverment says there are agencies that we can contact,they hold us all to ransom with threats and alike, bet u its the best thing u will ever do,and hope you have a silver lining you deserve it!!!
