Is a prison for Male offenders the place for him,if guilty ?

Canonbilsom always offends but to me what really matters is how can we lock him up as long as possible.
Probably in a normal jail he will become eligible for parole at some rediculously short period of time cos some lefty social worker type deems him fit to be put into society as some experiment to see what happens( A labour favrourite).
Sticking him in the luny bin makes it far more difficult to release so there's my money.
