Im doing a project at college for nail care one of my tasks are :- a nailbiter who is getting married in 8 weeks, any help or advice would be more than grateful

I'm just kidding. I've heard of people dipping their fingertips in vinegar to discourage the practice. Or if it's a woman you can just give her fake ones. Fingernails, that is, not fingertips.

Well when I was younger, my doc told me that if I carried on biting the way I did, i'g get ridig teeth. So you could ask the bride whether she wanted the same on her big day. Imagine the bottom of her teeth to be all uneven and uuggghh!
