What are your experiences of having npower as a duel fuel supplier? I dont know if it's just me but they drive me up the wall as I can't understand their billing. They seem to change the layout of the bills from time to time which makes it almost impossible to check back and find how much fuel I have used in past periods. npower tell me that all fuel suppliers bills follow the same format as theirs? But I am not sure do other companies use this method fuel sculptuing when charging like npower do ? I saw a report in Which Mag. and was not supprised to see that npower had the lowest rating when it came to clarity of bills and information and customer service. What is your experience of npower and other suppliers?

They calculate based on the number of units I expect to use the monthly direct debit amount.
That seemed fine but then you here stories that as your bills are based on estimations you are charged the increased price back to the beginning and not when the increase took place. I have also heard that because you are using the cheaper rate maybe during the Winter months they rearrange your bill accordingly. Very disturbing!
