Is this just another attempt to get at Mohamed Al-Fayed?

Why can't he get a British passport, when he and his flagship store has done more for Britain, than others who seem to have no problem in getting one?

This article probably sums it up best:

was he accused of fiddling about in the childrens dept ?
he has had a disagreement with Her Britannic Majesty, so she might be reluctant to make the usual requests in the passport.
Perhaps he was trying to copy the original Mohammed?
Do you think he will "blame" Prince Phillip!!
The sub-titles said ''under 167 years old.''
anotheoldgit ;I agree with you,any rubbish can get a Passport but not him. Vendetta by the Royals and those people who vow allegiance to them--The Police.
The girl looks older than 15, plus he has a contented look on his face, probably due to an increase in sales. I think he is innocent.
And I think he should definitely get his passport, considering some of those who have already.
S.K.SWEDEN,

Where is the picture of the girl, cant believe they would show it.
Fook him and his store...overpriced and overrated
Not at all Elvis!!! I'm a regular customer, and depending on what you buy, some of their stuff's really no dearer than anywhere else - plus it's beautifully packed. I've just bought a load of stuff to be given as Christmas pressies, and I know for a fact that when these things are opened up, the recipients'll be delighted.
Sgt.Rock, how dare you! 15 is a bit old for Mohammed, he preferred 9 year olds.

Thanks for the link oneeyedvic most interesting, i still cannot see any reason why he should not be granted a British passport.
The problem with these kind of cases are that it is impossible to prove. A 15 year olds mother reports the incident several months after it happens and the alleged is a respect billionaire and owner of a British institution. Open and shut case if you ask me.

I once shaked Paul Daniels sweaty hand in 1976. Can I now claim that he assaulted me with his bodily fluids and limp handshake? Where is Max Cliffords number?

very surprised you want 'one of them foreigners' to get a british passport? not like you at all??

Just goes to show you don't know me at all Sherman.

I have nothing against foreigners, who have contributed something to this country, and have settled into our culture.

The ones I cannot stand are those that come here take us for everthing we have, and still expect us to alter our laws and way of life, while they still expect to live in the manner of the foreign middle age countries they come from.
