Anyone watching A Touch of Frost?

It's on in the background but I'm not watching it. Hubby is. There was a 'lady' on the screen and I immediately saw that it was a man dressed as a woman.

Did anyone else notice it was a man in drag? My hubby didn't.

Ah, but is it a double bluff? Perhaps you're meant to notice that it's a man dressed as a woman, only to find out later that you were wrong?

I've stopped watching 'Frost' simply because it's so unbelievable. Once you start counting the number of times that he questions suspects without cautioning them, in the absence of any witnesses and without the benefit of tape recorders, you start to wonder whether the writers have ever heard of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act! ;-)

Yup, I was right, I sure was. It was a man dressed as a woman.

Don't know what the storyline was - I wasn't watching it, I just happened to glance at the telly as 'she' was on the screen.

I agree with you, it's too far-fetched. And I reckon Frost is too old to still be in the force.
