undeclared points on license and claiming as third party.
i was involved in a car accident which was not my fault and the other person has excepted liabilty.
i recently got penalty points on my licnense which are not declared , will this make a difference in me claiming as a third party on some elses policy.
also the other person admitted that it was his fault, and i have witnesses that were there. can this person still deny that it was not his fault.
i was driving on the main road and flew out of a junction right in front of me which even had a give way sign. any advise appriciated. t
thanks
