old ronny and his wife across the road have been here 2 1/2 years and use the spanisg health service.
ronny walked into doctors and got an appointment in 30 minutes without needing to book in advance.
the crime rate is massively lower than the uk .
brits are still coming here but need to have the right attitude
theres no fortunes to be made , not legally.
but a good lifestyle in safe surroundings where at present its 22 degrees at midnight and women can safely walk the streets at night .
if notin all areas then certainly in most
depends what you want i guess.
without tourism tenerife and the rest of the canaries wouldnt survive
thats a fact
and the immigrants that are legal here contribute to the economy
any africans that get here by boat and are given paopers have to work or they will starve.
like britain in the early 1900s.
