Michael Shields.

I've just seen on the news a story about a British man in who has been tried and jailed in the U.K for murdering his wife in Nigeria under the "Offences Against The Person" act, now the Home Secretary has been awarded the power (which could prove to be a somewhat poisoned chalice) to pardon Michael Shields, but, does the offences against the person act empower the U.K authorities to investigate the alleged perpetrator of the vicious assault and attempted murder of Martin Geogiev in the U.K?

It really would'nt be that difficult to disprove his equivocation, there can't be that many bars in the area all you need is statements off all the bar staff that they even had no trouble that night or no trouble with Sankey by a process of elimination the last disputable incident is his.
I've spoken to a good friend of mine who is related to them (the Shields) he's passed the message on.
Could be an interesting new year for a certain somebody....
