Hi there Ive had 2 miscarriages this year both at about 10 weeks. I had a sore breasts last week and just had a feeling I was pregnant, and i did a test and it was positive, I was over the moon but after two disappointment I didnt get my hopes up, a week later I had my period and did another test and it was negative, my question is is it common to get pregnant for a few weeks and then get your period? or could there be something wrong with me considering Ive already lost two babies this year? I would love to get pregnant but now im worried I cant carry a child, I know miscarriage is very common have I just been unlucky?

Thanks I hope it will happen.....really not strong at all somedays I just have a wee cry in the bathroom. I just try and remember how lucky I am already to have somebody who loves me like my hubby does and there are people who are far worse off than me. I am happy as I am but a baby would be so wonderful and I know my hubby would be a loving father. I didnt even tell anyone that I was pregnant the second and third time as I couldnt bear to disappoint them especially my hubby who was gutted when we lost the first baby. I try not to think about it but Im 31 and I worry it may not happen. Its ironic really I spent 15 years trying not to get pregnant, wanted to have a proper job and habby and home first and now I long for a baby its not happening, some people who have babies dont realise how lucky they are I think.
My wee girl will be 5 months on christmas day. I had 4 miscarriages before having her so please dont give up. I felt the same as you worring incase i couldn't carry a baby. I had to wait until i had had lost my third one before they did any tests. They all came back negitive for everything which was devistating. I wanted a problem so it could be fixed. Most of the time it comes down to 'one of those things'. It is heart breaking for both of you.
So three years down the line i have what i have always wanted and in time so will you. xx

thank you that gives me some hope...I know the more I try and want it the more it wont happen its sods law! Im so happy that you finally got a wee baby she must be so precious to you. Im trying hard not to become one of thoes annoyingly obsessive women who talk about nothing but babies so as I said no one even knowes I was pregnant after the first not even my mum its hard keeping it to myself but my young brother (21) is in afganistan right now and has went through some awful times and I just try to put things in perspective , ok so if I dont have a baby I can help others children mabey fostering or adoption. I have a good life and Im happy, it sounds silly but I just desperately want to make my husband happy as hes longing for a baby, and I know he loves me now matter what and some women arent so lucky as me. I almost feel worse for him than Ii do myself and he only thinks he lost one baby and actually Ii have lost 3. I hope you have a wonderfulk timw with your little girl x
Hi really sorry to hear of your miscarriages. It is very common yes unfortunately.
Chemical pregnancys which are when you find out your pregnant really early on (from doing tests before your period) are very common, 1 in 3 apparently. You think you are pregnant then a period comes that may or may not be heavier and the egg has not implanted for some reason.
I would go to the docs if I were you just to see if there is anything they can do.
Take carexxx.
