Profits before Health

Britain has been lambasted by the EU for the bad air quality causing Asthma, health problems and early death. This has been caused mostly by traffic fumes and air polution. The go ahead for the third runway at heathrow has just been granted. The amount of gas guzzling cars is at epidemic levels. Therefore what other measures are available to cut the polution?

Ireland has been successful but not Britain. They must be doing something right!

Its one good reason to belong to the EU. Without it we would be told a pack of lies. Our government should be answerable to someone as they treat the population like fools. The opposition is ruled by dogma so you can't rely on them.

Yes they take money out the EU we are net payers. How can you compare Ireland with the UK, hardly the same industrial might is it?

And this is rich coming from Bruxelles were 80% of the cars are company cars as it is tax advantage there.
