With her Trial about to start, the rather fanciable, but unfortunately homicidal, Amanda Knox is back in the News.

And so all the (known) facts are now being published.

And there isn't one scrap of non-circumstantial evidence against the girl.

Once the Trial is over ...

(1) Amanda Knox will be acquitted.

(2) The prosecution of Amanda Knox will, in time, be ridiculed as one of the most absurd wastes of public funds in judicial history.

Forget the horses. If you want a safe bet, put your money on Amanda Knox walking free.

I don't think there's an offence of "having something to do with it". Although that does, essentially, seem to be the prosecution case.

Aiding and Abetting? Well, she was there at the time, and she seems to have an outrageous sexual appetite, and was getting absurdly carried away ...

... but they won't pin a murder on her.

Oh, and yes ... she's very sexy.

Cazzz ... I "assume" she's innocent because I've seen no evidence against her that could stand up to Trial.

There is nothing (aside from supposition and circumstance) to "prove" her guilty.

Ergo, she is ... by definition ... innocent.
