I'm more concerned why the bright types like Obama are accepted and head for America while the dregs want to make Britain their home. I suppose the immigration into the USA is more strict and the brother would not be accepted there. In this case its better he was refused into the UK rather than fighting an expensive legal battle to get rid of him.
