I can't see it really, I would think that the old US of A is spread a bit thin at the moment.  After the debacle of Iraq I think that the international support will be absolutely nil.

 

But saying that Mr Bush does love a good fight........

To be a policeman implies a given authority to exercise  the management of the rule of law. The states of america have not got this mandate from anyone apart from themselves. Therefore, this may be percieved as a dictatorial relationship between the planet andthemselves that the american administration have unilaterally adopted. Lets not get into the line of " we saved your assess in ww2 " please....the only reason the americans got involved in WW2 was because of Pearl Harbour, until then they were very happy indeed to watch millions of people die in europe and not lift a finger to help, I'm not bitter I just like winding up americans.

what about Canada? Surely that is the next logical target. Britain has already tried it's best to stop the Canadian's getting weapons of mass destruction by selling them 4 dodgy submarines but Canada has shown it's intent to get these weapons so America must act soon.

I think they'll get back at any country that has ever got one over on them or has any sort of advantage over them. Wouldn't surprise me if they still wanted to show Russia a thing or two but that would cause such major world wide shockwaves. I haven't read that anywhere but I can just see the lovely Mr B wanting his own back on anyone who doesn't suck up to him. I hope we as a country don't end up supporting/bailing him out of every one of his so called anti-terror measures.
