2 police assaults and affray

hi im a 19 year old female, i have been charged and bailed with 2 police assaults and affray, i have other criminal convictions and was charged 9months ago with assault by beating and was given 150 hours CS and a �200 fine, i have been told that my previuos convictions will go against me in court especially the assault i have mentioned. I am wondering if anyone could give me any advice or any answers to the sentence i will be given in court and if a custodial sentence how long? thank you!
