Hold the election
I personally wouldn't want an election just now.
I'd rather wait until ALL the MPs expenses have been audited and made public first.
Then there's a [minuscule] possibility of getting rid of ALL the bad ones and getting some MPs that actually represent their constituents' wishes.

For all of Cameron's grandstanding it does not solve the existing problem of the crooks who have defrauded the taxpayer. Giving the devious MPs a clean sheet is insulting and although a general election would clear out many of them it would leave some in power.
I cannot understand how the likes of Hoon and most of the front bench are still running the country. In normal life they would be sitting in cells on remand.

I wonder if any action will be taken against any of them. Can't quite believe it will happen. The whole thing is sickening, even more so when I think of G Brown, Blair and thier cronies telling us that there was not enough money to kit our troops out adequately, while they were milking the taxpayer, I know what I would rather my taxes had gone on.
Yes Blair got out just in time. How convenient his records for his allowances mysteriously disappeared. Who are these dark forces that protect him which echoes his conduct of the Iraq war and David Kelly's death plus the cash for honours scandal. Some point to a sect like the Knights Templar. Whoever they are its not done with the countrys interest at heart.
