Astronomers calculate there is a tiny chance that Mars or Venus might collide with Earth - though not for at least a billion years.

According to the TV news I saw, the collision would be in 2.5 billion years. whilst my morning newspaper states 5 billion years. I do hope these scientists (or whatever) are not being funded for this nonsense. Perhaps this was the result of a Jodrell Bank staff booze up.
Nevertheless i hope I'm around to see it.
