I just heard on the News that we have to subsidise Scotland by 20billion every year.
Next time there's a vote on Scottish devolution, can we all vote on it as well ?

joggerjayne - I'm surprised ayou - 20 billion? - is that all? -we're sitting up here inventing things for you like penicillin, telephones, fax machines, television, pneumatic tyres, raincoats, tarmac roads, quinine, golf, radar - the list is endless plus we give you all the revenue from the North Sea Oil and Gas and let your maniac pals from across the pond park their nuclear subs here. Come independence the subs might end up in the Thames - near the Houses of Parliament might not be a bad idea.
