Pin Numbers

Recently l tried to use my credit card in a store and felt really embarrassed when it was`t accepted even though I don`t owe anything on it, so I contacted my bank who sent me the same pin after a couple of days. I then tried to use it again and again it was refused, and I am not without a fair amount of the ready`s. What`s a person supposed to do in these circumstances? Fed Up!!!!

card faulty would be my guess

ask your bank exactly why it was refused. I did this a couple of days ago. Predictably, the bank and the retailer blamed each other. But at least I knew it wasn't my fault. Ask them for another card if they can't explain it.

Had the same problem recently - the bank had decided that recent activity on my account didn't match my normal spending patterns and required me to phone up and answer a bunch of security questions and confirm that I had made all the "suspicious" purchases.
