Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Good morning everyone and a very good one it is too !!!
Inspite of one tricky one from Kate, I have great news to impart - the 10 pointer has gone off !!!! and in addition to that, lots and lots of lovely points scored all over the place.

Firstly, this week's matches were

Stone Henge
Iceberg Lettuce
Young Gun
Water Melon

and the one person to score the perfect 10 was tearinghair who came whizzing in towards the end of play to do just that !!! so congratulations to you, very well done.

A great many entries collected 6 points for 3 correct picks, 14 in fact, while a further 28 entries received 3 points for 2 correct matches and 11 more scored 1 point each - a very busy scoring week.

The above takes the place of the Leader Board at this stage so for now I'll just welcome a couple of newcomers Handbaglady & pbeach and also say hallo to the Hewits back from holidays, and be back again next Saturday, same time, same place.

Good heavens! and thank you. I must go away for the weekend more often! I wish I could say it had sharpened my mind, but to be honest I was so tired after a longish journey that I put down the first four words that came into my head.
It's all downhill from here.....
