I was rather amused by this statement
"No-one was injured in the incident."
Well no need to worry then, as long as none of the little angels were injured by flying glass when they broke the windscreen, or cut whilst slashing the tyres.
We can all sleep peacefully in our beds, no crime has been committed.

Shortly after Margaret Thatcher came to power there was a world-wide recession like this.
She insisted on Market Forces and refused to aid struggling manufacturing industries.
Consequently when the recession passed these industries were slower to recover than in countries where more state aid was available and were less able to compete.
We have no mass-market British owned motor industry anymore where as the French have 3.
A country where militant unions are hardly rare.
We also have a number of sucessful motor plants in the UK owned and run by foreign companies.
But, Flip-flop if you insist on clinging to the urban myths of Maggie's salvation of the country from the unions I'm sure such obvuious facts won't stand in your way.
