Leicester has launched a new road safety campaign. Lifelike child bollards are being placed outside schools to warn approaching drivers.
They are very innocent looking, and my biggest fear is that they will attract paedophiles, a lot more dangerous than cars.

In regard to the child bollards I will not make the obvious joke....
Yuck... Can you imagine seeing one of those things after a few glasses of vino... You'd brown your pants!

The unfortunate prospect is that these bollards will be abducted, which is increasingly happening to children in this country.

They will soon go the way of garden gnomes, I am afraid.
