temporary traffic lights
if a bus stop is placed between temporary lights and bus drivers are unable to see the condition of the traffic lights when they move off from the bus stop, are those traffic lights legaly placed.

The authority erecting the lights (highways agency, water board, council or whatever) should have contacted the bus company to notify them of the lights and that the drivers should use caution when leaving the stop. I work in temporary lights most of the time doing road works and it is not usually a problem.
