2 Kielder water?

Thanks Grasscarp,I had wondered about that but it is the "der"at the end which is making me unsure. What do you think about River Kent for no.1 ?
I like it. I was trying to make it Lake Erkin but that is not in the UK. Also with the poets paradise I was looking for Miltons something (writer of Paradise lost)

You are a real star grasscarp and I have marked Miltons Well as Best answer. I had thought of Miltons lake & Miltons loch but could not find them. Miltons Well I had never heard of but having googled it,there seems to be a poem by an obscure poet called W.H.C.Plowden so I reckon that could be it. I am still not too happy with River Kent as it is Cousins ( plural ) and I would have thought if it was River Kent it would be Cousin. If you can think of anything better please let me know. Is there anything I can help you with?
I thought of Milton as he was the poet who wrote Paradise Lost, so anything with him fits.
I think the Kent one is very good and I dont think I will think of anything better. I usually mull over answerbank questions during the night, so if anything else occurs to me will let you know. I am not doing any crosswords or puzzles myself at the moment, but it was very kind of you to offer.

Thanks again grasscarp. It was a really good quiz if you are able to get hold of it - 50 cryptic questions on "Waters in the UK". I managed 46 and then for "Gateway to Bill's castle" another person on this forum johnalex suggested Loch Linnhe which seemed good as it is really close to Fort William. There was someone called Duchessduck seeking about 8 answers to this quiz about 3 weeks ago but although I put a couple of pleas in for her to get in touch she has failed to do so. Anyway thanks to your help I don't think I need her now! Regards maxymax
