What is the best atomic clock site to put on one's computer, so that the atomic time is always showing?

I once knew how to attach a short cut of a site to one of the menu bars, but I seem to have forgotten how I did it.

At the moment the menu bar looks like this,

News Questions and Answers..., Most Visited, Getting Started, Latest Headlines, Customise Links, Free Hotmail. Real Player >>

It was the News Questions and Answers....one that I attached, one click on this brings me to AB news topic straight away.

I am using Firefox on XP.

If you want one for the taskbar, then this is the one I use: http://www.drive-soft...atomicalarmclock.html
Why not just use the windows built in one!

Just right click on the clock down in the bottom right corner select adjust time and date, then click on the internet time tab and enable it.

Thank you for your answers, but you didn't explain how to attach a short cut to the menu bar.

Jumbuck how do I go about doing this? Sorry but I am a novice at this.

Chuck I know I have a clock in the right hand corner but I fancied having the most accurate time, complete with seconds, device on my computer.
