It is not a case of it's always someone else's fault.
Yes taking into account it was the families fault no doubt, but I was in no way defending the boys family, I was only trying to report something that up till then no one hadn't bothered to point out.
We do not live in a perfect world.
There are plenty of dysfunctional families about these days, who are not prepared to take on the responsibilities that come with having children, that is why we expect that the authorities step in and take charge at any sign of malfunction within these families, be them social workers, the police or whoever.
But at least apart from stating the obvious, that the family were primary at fault, at least it got the question firmly back on track, and away from snipes at the newspapers "our boys" or even myself.
In closing Daffy can't you now bring yourself into agreeing with me, that in this case, due entirely to the families irresponsibility, and since the police had previously been informed of the situation, one can say it was definitely the police's fault?
