I have been told that an Occupation Order can overide an Order for Sale where there are children under 18 residing at the property, my ex has got an order for occupation even though I have been trying to get her to agree to sell for the past 9 months my 17yro also lives at the property, I have since filed for an Order for Sale but now I am worried that I might not get the order upheld.

She has effectively put my life on hold is there anything that can be done.
