I think Hilary Clinton makes a good point that 'ideology' knows no boundaries'. In the modern age of the internet anyone can link with anyone anywhere. This is supposed to have happened with the Detroit Bomber first in Yemen and then continuing radicalisation in Britain.

Well say that the secret services know an individual has planted an explosive device somewhere in the city that could kill hundreds, and he refuses to say where.
