If he is guilty of the sexual assault's (which I have no doubt that he is), then he should be sentenced to LIFE. Life, with the meaning and nothing less than, spending every single day until he dies inside. No chance of being released on parole, regardless weather he applies for parole in 1 year, 3 years or 10 years down the line. His actions are those displayed from somebody who is mentally ill and therefore poses as a serious risk/threat to those who live around him.

Do everybody a favour and give him life, not life whereby he is eligible for parole in 3/4 years, when he can and WILL commit yet another vulgar and sickening crime and act that could be prevented.
