No Yogi there are 2 choices here.
Labour is willing to risk the wrath of the markets and not start paying back until later because paying back now would put us into recession again.
The Tories want to pay back now - which will almost certainly precipitate another recession (like Howe in '81)
Nobody yet has got Cameron to admit that he thinks returning to recession is a price worth paying (presumably he's planning to blame the last Government if he gets the chance to do it)
