....on a florida sundeck start up a conversation...'I came over from the old country,settled in New York built up a big factory,I employed two hundred people then one day devastating fire destoyed my factory and rather than rebuild I took the insurance money, retired and here I am sunbathing in Florida,...how about you....The other says ...'very similar but didnt like the cold of New York so I went over to Los Angeleles.I built a factory three hundred staff then one day an earthquake hit and I lost everything .Rather than rebuild I took the insurance money,retired and here am I sunbathing in Florida.
The first thinks a moment and says...'Thats awful but tell me ........how do you start an earthquake!!!.
