Homebase, misleading advert today!
In my newspaper today, Homebase had a full page advert offering discount gardening deals.
One of wheich was a grass trimmer at £27.99 for only £19.99.
When I went on-line to order it, it was £22.99.
I phoned their customer care service and the girl said it must have been a misprint, which I said that if they advertised it for £19.99 they should sell it for that, but all she said was, they are within the law for a misprint, is she right?

Only when you offer the money to purchase the item and the vendor accepts it, is a contract in existence and the conditions of the contract come in to force. Or so my Law lecturer told me!
