So we now have two shadow chancellors along with Labour's Deputy Leader Harriet Harman attending a meeting primarily aimed at only a small percentage of the British public, entitled "Black Britain Decides"
Why the need for black persons to have their own political meetings? They are not barred from national political meetings..
Would it be allowed for Whites to conduct their own meetings entitled "White Britain Decides"?

According to the dailymailers, the country is overrun by black - now it would appear that blacks are only "a small percentage" of the British public.
How confusing.
I guess why the meeting is called 'Black Britain Decides' is because the black vote (together with the Muslim and gay votes) could be INCREDIBLY important in deciding which party wins the election, because it's likely to be close.
Therefore, all the parties are focussing on 'niche groups' to persuade them that they're looking out for their interests - not just white, middle class, able-bodied, straight men.
It's the reason why William Hague turned up at the Notting Hill Carnival...and ended up looking ridiculous.

Who put you up as AnswerBank's administrator?
If I wish to post on a subject that has previously been discussed I will do so, without asking for permission from you.
Last time you rudely commented, I pointed out to you that in that instant it was a genuine mistake to which I had already given a apology to the poster, before you had chipped in.
This time it wasn't a mistake because I not only put a different slant on the news item but I also attached a link.

Not confusing at all, a place can be overrun by a body that is only a small percentage.of the whole.
/// Therefore, all the parties are focussing on 'niche groups' to persuade them that they're looking out for their interests - not just white, middle class, able-bodied, straight men. ///
All the more reason to conduct Whites only meetings, to also persuade the "white, middle class, able-bodied, straight men" that they're looking out for their interests also.
That is what equality is all about.

"All the more reason to conduct Whites only meetings, to also persuade the "white, middle class, able-bodied, straight men" that they're looking out for their interests also."
Why?
What is it about the main parties manifestoes that could lead the vast majority of the (white) population that they're not being looked after?
It's important to the main parties to get the minority groups 'on side', because this election could be a close one.
I mean, what could you possibly say to the white able-bodied, middle class, straight men that they didn't already know?
"No worries mate...you know you're going to be running 97.5% of the FTSE 100 quoted companies, your kids are going to continue to enjoy the best education and your homes are still going to be located in the areas where house prices rise the quickest..."
Would you not agree that it's important for the democratic process for everyone to be reached out to?
When local candiates speak at Women's Institute functions, would you complain?

No it can't. Not when you're talking about the United Kingdom.
You COULD say that the population of Bradford is overwhelmingly Asian, or that Brixton is mainlu populated by people of West Indian and African descent...you could even say that Golders Green is mainly Jewish...
But to say that the United Kingdom is 'overrun' wiht black people is mathematically incorrect.

Foreign = bad, don'tchaknow?
"Before accusing me, it was you that said, (without any proof whatsoever) that
"according to the dailymailers, the country is overrun by black" "
Well, that seems to be the image they constantly evoke. Not necessarily blacks, to be fair, the jist is usually 'we're being overrun by x'. It's also telling that you tried to support the idea before challenging that it was even there ('a place can be overrun by a body that is only a small percentage.of the whole').

Historically, black people record a lower voter turnout than non-whites. We want to encourage as many people as possible to vote and this helps to do that.
Black people tend to be more reluctant to give blood as well. Specific campaigns are aimed at changing that. Is that racist too?
You continue to be absolutely fixated with race,

Why should it be quite in order to voice one's opinion regarding what benefits etc this country has gained from the massive influx of immigrants, yet others are not allowed a voice, in opposition to these views, without being labeled a racist or a bigot?
The same could be said for what some have to say regarding the choice of newspapers, the Guardian prints the truth but the Daily Mail and others tell lies.

But you do express opposition to it - quite a lot, you've been doing so for several years. The reason you personally are labelled a racist and a bigot is because you are a racist. There is a perceptible racist tone to all of your posts. And you're not labeled a racist to shut you up/silence your opinion, your labeled a racist because you genuinely do come across as a racist. You've nobody but yourself to blame for that.
People quite regularly express criticism of immigration policy - you see it quite a lot. Perhaps not as extensively as you do, but they certainly do it.
