All the Israelis I have ever met were lovely people.

Somehow as a nation they do not seem to appreciate the irony that in Gaza they have created their own version of the Warsaw Ghetto with their own troops playing the role of the SS.

All very sad and with global implications as it is a strong contender for 'situation most likely to trigger nuclear weapons'. For starters, Israeli bully boy policies backed by nukes undermines the argument that nations like Iran shouldn't be allowed nuclear weapons.

Turkey has Nuclear Weapons and has not used them. Turkey does not indulge in Piracy of the high seas either, which is more than can be said for Israel.

Egypt has just opened its crossing with Gaza which had been closed. So whatever the Israelis hoped to achieve with the attack on the flotilla has resulted in the exact opposite.

It all goes to prove you cannot mix different societies and religions together hoping they will get on. Its the Middle East's form of multiculturalism. It don't work! Putting an Israeli state surrounded by Arab states has been a disaster ever since Britain and American set up the Jewish state in 1948.
