Samsung Jet Ultra - Sim FREE!

I really want to get the Samsung Jet Ultra Edition, however i don't want a contract. Is this available on pay as you go or is it only the Samsung Jet that's available on pay as you go, i can't find the Ultra Edition on pay as you go anywhere?
So i was going to buy it sim free from amazon but they don't have the Ultra Edition sim free, they only have the Samsung Jet.. am i just being blind or do they actually have a Ultra Edition sim free?
If not, would anyone give me advice on buying new phones from eBay?
And finally... where can i get the Samsung Jet Ultra Edition sim free or on pay as you go?

I'd like to keep below £200 if i can! And £200 is my absolute maximum! i'd prefer £150 as my maximum.. haha
