Despicable thing to do! However, if you are a terrorist, & you want to strike fear in the local population, then it's the right tactic to use.
Last year the Taliban discovered a male teacher, teaching girls in a school. They tied him with ropes between 2 USV's, & tore him apart whilst he was still alive...Some of the Afghan people are savages...
