Surely being of a race that is always crying discrimination of one kind or other, I would have thought the fact that she herself is also a woman, would have at least shown herself to be non-discriminative.

I don't understand it myself but I am sure she's not the only one, she's just high profile. Until there is a female Archbishop of Canterbury, we will never be able to test - for instance - if a member of the Queen's family, as head of the CofE - would feel likewise.

To be discriminated against, is just as bad for the person discriminated against, whether it is because of one's race, one's gender, one's sexuality, one's age, or one's disabilities.
One just doesn't have to be black to experience discrimination.

Racism and sexism are down to someone's belief that they are superior to another race or sex.
This is neither - she does't believe that male priests are superior - she believes that the Bible dictates that females should not be ordained.
You may just as well accuse her of racism because she refuses to be married by a Greek Orthodox Priest
