It must be hard sometimes knowing how much trust people place in you and having to give advice based on some pretty sketchy info...without recourse to results etc

As far as I can tell if there is anything more 'suspicious he is pretty quick to ask for more info or will advise a sensible course of action IE see your gp ... a couple of times I have followed posts where there have been people asking difficult questions around palliative care end of life issues and he handles them with exceptional sensitivity...
