this is only the tip of the iceberg, a certain area of our society has been pulling insurance scams for years, the companies, loss adjusters & engineers are all aware of it but are scared to mention it let alone do anything about for fear of that word 'racist'....

I have specific knowlege of these types of claims .

Beleive me , it is not confined to any particular ethnic group

Insurance companies and self insurers do work hard to weed out suspect claims - some have dedicated departments tasked on this issue .

Unfortunately there are some solicitors/claims companies/ hire companies , who it would appear turn a blind eye , ( dont ask many questions ) when money is there to be made .
However as I have said above , rouge claims are presented from all different races

Sorry chas2008 but I don't see a race issue here. This is one case. Criminals come in all colours. Have you got anything other than this one case to back your point up?

And while the authorities are being paranoid over being branded as racist, the scumbags who perpetrate the crimes, regardless of what their ethnicity is/are, are busy lining their pockets at our expense.

Even if the authorities made a point of identifying when these scams are perpetrated by asians/blacks/whites/chinese etc -it would not stop these crimes being perpetrated by whites / chinese / asians / blacks .

I actually work in the motor trade dealing with bodywork repairs/claims i have seen over the years 100s of claims with a fraudulant element,90% come from certain post code areas, ie Luton...you work it out.
Oh, and very few get chucked out even when everyone knows the claiment is lying through their teeth , i have yet to see one make it to court even when the evidence is overwhelming they just ask the claiment to withdraw the claim
Just ask any insurance engineer in the motor industry and you will get the same story..
