Following on from zzxxee's thread below, what was your "time"?
i.e. What age were you when you felt at your best? That could be looks wise or confidence wise etc.
For me probably late 20's when I wasn't an awkward kid anymore but wasn't a careworn mother.

I've always been happy about myself though. Was never the most confident person...and still suffer with shyness to a certain extent...but was always happy with the person I was/am.
Life's easier now being with someone who accepts me for what I am, and likes the little odd things I do and think. Others always thought they could change me.

Sure is annie. the old man was readying his newspaper the other day. I stood next to him and asked a question, he looked up (still wearing his reading glasses) and said "Bl00dy Hell" and then took his glasses off... I couldn't be bother to aks him what had provoked his comment, but I think I can guess :o)
