Feel daft asking but where is he?  Is he in a jail awaiting trial where he was captured (as I would reckon) and what is the score?

Yes he is in jail but in a secret location. I belive he is due to be on trial later on this year. They want to hold the trials in Iraq, but obviously have to have a valid governement first.

Chamical Ali is currently on trial I think.
