Why is it that only criminal lowlives like Chindamo have ooman rights?

Everybody has equal human rights in the UK, Unfortunately, those people that don't behave like humans still retain their rights.
It's a flaw in the system that allows people behaving like animals to have the rights of a human.
...and I don't mean just murderers/rapists/terrorists/etc ... the drunken chav smashing up a shop window should also have those rights automatically taken away.

Human rights are often exepted in the case of prisoners - the salvery one for example specifically exempts labour as part of normal imprisonment.

It's remarkable how many people have strong views on Human rights but have no idea what they are.
Most people still seem to think that the European Court of Human rights is part of the EU for example

All I know is that nearly every invocation of HR involves criminal scum moaning about the colour of the bog roll or which way the kazi is facing or some such thing. I'm not allowed to protect my property in case some lowlive cuts his little pinky. A burglar's right to not get injured overrides my right to protect my home etc etc
