Now a tolerant multi-community organisation, or as some would still have us believe, a Racist Far Right Group?

In view of the violent scenes we have witnessed on our streets, in the past two weeks, are the Violent Far Left more dangerous and destructive than the Far Right have ever shown to be?

The honest British public dislike extremists whether they are the far right or the far left. It does not matter the cause, if they bring chaos and disorder onto our streets, we do not like them.

There are a few nutters on the fringes who will support them, but most right thinking persons abhor them.

People ignore, flout or do not comply with laws they consider bad, all the time. Which is why we no longer have Community Charge (Poll Tax). Many considered it unfair, so they demonstrated against it, refused to pay it or lobbied their political party to abolish it.

That wasn't arrogant or disrespectful. It is our duty as citizens to guard against bad laws, and do our best to get them revoked.

People accepted the Poll tax demonstrations because it personally affected them. It was mainstream. The Millbank disturbance, people can see was extreme leftwing anarchists hijacking a cause, and they do not like it.

Most people really can't be too sanctimonious about groups like EDL, BNP etc. After all, how many of "Middle England" would happily accept, say, the building of a new mosque at the bottom of their street? Virtually none I'd say.

You didn't say whether or not, your street's residents are predominantly Muslim..

Not at all...far from it.

It wasn't exactly 'built' it use to be a used car lot. It was sold and turned into a mosque. The only problems that arose was parking problems on a Friday.
