Ah, a nice bit of streetwise philosophy there.

Along the same lines: How about making all top level bankers do some sort of charity work with the homeless for 1 month a year in order to qualify for their bonuses? I think we would see some different attitudes appearing and an increase in donations to charities.

I think that's a very good idea CAS... I doubt it'll ever happen but certainly a nice thought.
