Have you informed your mom about this? being 14 she must have insurance for you. I dont think breast cancer has symptoms like that but then again im no doctor. it certainly seems abnormal for these symptoms to persist for this long. Go see a doctor, even if mom needs to pay out of pocket. If this is something serious, waiting is only going to make things more complicated.
well sometimes your breast hurt because they are growing. Just talk to your mom about this or go to your doctor just to have it checked. Well I don't think you've done this yet since your 14 but if you have a boyfriend has he tounched you on your breast? If not then just get it checked.
I am sure that these are just normal growing pains. I remember what it was like when mine were growing- REALLY painful! Don't worry- it passes.
hi lizzie,
I do know the sensations and pain you are going through. I myself had similar experiences. Which turn out to nothing more than physical changes. But, alway seek advice from a health professional. Better to be safe than sorry. Sarah X
If you are worried Lizzie, go see your GP but I would personally say that it is growing pains, mine were agony!  It felt like they'd been punched and were bruised everyday.  Is it around your time of the month at the moment?  Because if it is then I would say it's even more likely that they are just growing pains.
Dear sweet lizzie - this happened to my daughter at that age and I took her to the doctor's just tobe on safe side (I certainly don't remember my breasts hurting at that age) but doc laughed and said she was growing up. I was glad the doc laughed as it make us feel better.  Ask mum to take you to doc's and don't worry.  Have a good life!
I can really sympathise - I hated puberty and wouldn't go through it again for all the money in the world! I had sore breasts and  I also got pain in my armpits quite a lot.  It does pass eventually.  I also found I had really senstive skin whilst going through puberty so that may explain the redness.  Don't worry, and enjoy being 14 coz (apart from puberty) it's a great age to be!
