Very near Auch, Lectoure and Mirande
a great fire will fall from the sky for three nights
The cause will appear both stupefying and marvellous
shortly afterwards there will be an earthquake.

After reading that prophecy there can be little doubt that he did have this Japanese earthquake and Tsunami in mind.

Last time I looked at a world map Japan was nowhere near France.
It was interesting to read about the evacuations along the west coast US though and it did hit hawaii a little bit.
Fire didn't fall from the sky - did it? The trouble with Nostradamus is that all through the years, people have looked retrospectively at his predictions, and made them fit. However, he's in the wrong continent completely this time round.
Was Nostradamus being cryptic with his place names which 'Remained A Touch Cruel' ?

He was so right with that.
To answer the question - No.
