As an English(wo)man, could I be subject to the potential £9k per year university fees in; Scotland, Wales or either parts of Ireland? (i'll be starting in September 2012, when the first year of fees rises will be) !!!!! ?????? I'm really confused, I asked my cousin whose in the year above me but she doesn't know cos she doesn't have to worry about it and already has easily achievable (for her) offers.

We've had donations from my sponsored silence and people like the royal naval association and royal marines association and on thursday four or five AB donations had arrived (not MR by then :P). But I don't know if mine, the RNA and RMA moneys were after our new target of £1700. On the news it said we needed £1700 more but we already had about £500 so IDK now . . .
