Sonia Allison's Steak au Poivre

Help!! I had a clearout recently and accidentally sent my Sonia Allison recipe book (A Pleasure to Cook) to the charity shop! There was one recipe for Steak au Poivre (might be indexed as Pepper Steak) which I loved. I've tried others but none even come close to Sonia's. Are there any kind souls out there who would be willing to write out the recipe for me? I've tried searching online without any joy :-(. Thank you!
