A man went to his doctor asking to be castrated.

After a great deal of difficulty, the man got his way, and woke up in hospital after the operation.

He asked the guy in the next bed "what are you in for, mate?"

"I've been circumcised" was the reply...

"Oh ***** THAT's THE WORD!"
